The biggest department in YSLF is Corporate department. Since the firm was found till now it is representing many multinational and Egyptian corporations with their various forms and systems.
Corporate department divided into sub-Departments as following:
Drafting and negotiation of multinational companies agreements and joint ventures, agencies, branches, representative offices, acquisitions, mergers, distribution, offshore, free zone agreements.
Matters relating to investment inward Egypt (whatever local or foreign), this Dept. Undertake the advising to these investments from A to Z beginning with the benefits studies passing to advising about the best legal form to conduct through it these investments, seeking the best way we can invest money in.
Establishment and registration of all kind and forms of the mentioned features of corporations
Advising these corporations when they conduct their business to maintain that not to breach any applicable laws or regulations.
Undertaking the liquidation and bankruptcy procedures.
